Little Piccasso- KidzArts Workshop


It was a splendid weekend to spend in the arena of the kids with using their creativity and freedom of expression through Arts. More than 60 children were having fun while their parents were peacefully shopping in Dubai Outlet Mall.

Art is not only a medium of communication and expression for kids but a significant tool to raise their self-esteem and confidence. Awesome paintings came out from the little mind and the workshop no doubt bring joy and smile on their face when presenting their artwork.

The ‘Little Piccasso’ workshop was supported by Dubai Outlet Mall.

Art Workshop and Live Portrait Demo by Artist Hamza from Sudan/Uk


An Art workshop organized by ZeeArts in collaboration with Radisson Blu- Dubai Media City was a thriving achievement to empower and inspire emerging and aspirant artists in UAE on Saturday 15th December. Our guest speaker, Mohammed Hamza orginally from Sudan and base in the Uk travelled all along the way from Qatar to Dubai for sharing his experience acumen of his journey from the transition to the international level.

Our artists audience were listening to his story with zeal which resolute to many of their questions. Artist Hamza, was passionate about his subject and the content meticulous target our objective ranging from inspiring the artists, the process of a wide gamut of approach of an artist to the most prominent ‘take away’ while doing the live demo of a portrait which was the four principles of Fine Arts Portrait:

1. Create a mid-tone
2. Place the subject in the mid tone
3. Apply shade
4. Supply the light

The live demo was more vivid and informative while everybody was deeply lost in the dancing steps of Hamza accompanied by a melodious voice that hooked the audience attention, the winsome voice of Ahmed Al Hussani from UAE. ZeeArts would like to extend the appreciation and thanks to Radisson Blu-Dubai Media City for supporting this Arts initiative, Artist Mohammad Hamza for his significant exposé, Ahmed who rock the audience and a special thanks to Artist Nasir who bring the puzzle together.

November 2012
National UAE Live ArtShow


ZeeArts in collaboration with Dubai Outlet Mall organized a live ArtShow on 30th November to 1st December at Center Court in Dubai Outlet Mall. 9 emerging and professional artists coming from different countries with different culture and using different technique paint together in a mesmerizing environment and challenge themselves to play with the four UAE color (Red, Green, Black and White). The artists came from UAE, New Zealander, Sudan, India, France, Filipines, Russia and Mauritius.

It was a hilarious experience for the artists to paint and network in public which enhanced the self esteem of the artists. On the other hand, the visitors' promenade were triggered by the wide gamut of techniques & creativity and they do not hesitate to stop & interact with our exuberant artists. The ambiance at the mall was crowded with an exhilarating celebration of the National UAE colors where more than 4000 people visited the live ArtShow.

The outcome of the live ArtShow was breathtaking with splendor artworks exhibited ubiquitously till 8th December. The artists left with an emotional and empowering determination for an artists platform in the near future. I would like to thank Dubai Outlet Mall for their significant support to make this event a success and a Special thanks to all the Special artists who were dedicated to showcase their Special talents.

 

October 2012:
ZeeArts celebrate Mauritian Promotion at Radisson Blue Media City


It was an astounding honor for ZeeArts to associate with Radisson Blue-Media City to celebrate the Mauritian Promotion week from 17th to 22nd October. It was a mesmerizing event that promotes the culture and scrumptious food by the Mauritian Chef Hassan and the traditional Sega dance group was breathtaking for many of us it was the first experience. ZeeArts showcase as usual an ecstasy of her collection that make the viewers somehow traveled to the paradise island and discovered the extinct Dodo. It was a quintessential moment for most Mauritian living in Dubai to gather and network.

 

September 2012:

ZeeArts is the universal language that Connects, Reflects and Communicates with the viewers. ZeeArts came from the concept of the little Zee who has created inspiration, innovation and imagination and Arts is the stimulation for the artist.

 

 

 

 

August 2012:

ZeeArts was in a vulnerable region where she organized an 'Atelier des Arts' for slow learners children. They were very excited, happy and feel the freedom of expression. Some of them have the glamorous artistic touch. It was a Pet Show and each one of them came up with their favorite pet. Arts needs no educational background... just be yourself...and great things can emerge...!

 

 

July 2012:

It was the second participation for the Skyward Future Artist 2012. Organized by Emirates Airline with the prime objective to discover the most promising Artist around the world.

July 2012:

A painting competition was organized for student of 'Notre Dame De La Paix' primary School with the theme The Dodo. Arts is a significant medium of expression for children. Stunning artwork with vivid colors have been collected expressing the extinct Dodo of Mauritius. And the winner was Kavish from standard V

ZeeArts at Times Square

There was an exhilarating panoramic of ZeeArts collection at Times Squares on a relax Friday; where people promenade were curious, some puzzle while others hooked by the unique concept of ZeeArts. It was a blissful day to network with other artists and artisans. Kudos to Arte Team

Launching of ZeeArts Website

The Zeearts, a universal language that connects, reflects and communicates with the viewers was launched at Kanoo Toastmasters Meeting, Dubai on May 13th 2012; A presentation on the history of the artist, her challenges and achievements was in the agenda.

May 2012:
Arte Soukh at Festival City.

ZeeArts was at ARTE Soukh- Festival City on 4th May. Interaction with other artists, feedback and painting on the spots hooked the public attention. Arte seeks to nurture a local handmade economy and environment by organizing and promoting craft markets/arts, offering opportunities for social crafting and creative expression

April 2012:
Showcase City in London

ZeeArts participated in a collective international painting exhibition Showcase City in London at Rickmix in Bethnal Green. It is a platform for emerging International artists. It was different exposure and networking opportunities. 12 paintings depicted the transition from the tropical island to the Arabic world. The Dodo was perceptible for some new while other are dodo lover.

March 2012:
The Mauritian Spirit.
Under the Patronage of Mauritius Tourism Authority in collaboration with One & Only Royal Mirage-Dubai, launched ‘The Mauritius Spirit’ from 20th to 24th March at One & Only Royal Mirage Hotel with a glittering opening Mauritian cocktail held on 20th March. A painting exhibition by ZeeArts, was held to showcase the tropical island set in its multitude of colors in an oasis of peace and tranquility under a cultural Mauritian ambiance by International artists.




February 2012
UAE International Chopin Competition

Under the patronage of HE Minister Abdul Rahman Bin Mohamed Al Owais, Embassy of the Republic of Poland, Embassy of France, Embassy of Hungary, the UAE International Chopin Competition was launched on 23rd February at Abu Dhabi National Theater. Followed by the philanthropic drives of ZeeArts, collaborated in hosting a painting exhibition for a special charity arts event and the proceeds of her paintings went to the Abu Dhabi Special Care Center. The dazzling artworks adorned the theater lobby in welcoming executive guests and parents during opening ceremony of the inauguration concert.

Latino Group

An Art workshop was organized by Latino group in Dubai to promote arts and empower children (7 to 10Yrs) to be innovative and creative. ZeeArts came up every week with new techniques, style and theme. It was not only a fun learning experience for the children but they have also enhanced their self- esteem and audacity after each session where, they have the opportunity to express their artwork in front of the parents.

ZeeArts with children living with HIV/AIDS

The tapestry of colors and shape made by children living with HIV/AIDS hooked the public attention. The theme was ‘My favorite animal/s’. These little Picassos displayed their unique and splendor creativity proudly.

Fund Raising for a Female Rehabilitation Center

In the context of the International Women’s Day, a concert by the exuberant renowned Mauritian singer- Lindsay Bacbotte was organized to fund raise for a ‘Female Rehabilitation Center in Mauritius’; The altruism of ZeeArts did not miss the opportunity to associate her goodwill in supporting the good cause by exhibiting an array of her collection ‘The Extraordinary Powers of Women’ at Swami Vivekanada, Domaine les Pailles.

‘Carnaval des Couleurs’

Under the miasma of ‘Carnaval de Couleurs’, ZeeArts showcase her metaphorical paintings for a collective exhibition at Mauritius Allied-Motors in Réduit for a week.

‘Le Dodo fait son show’

‘Le Dodo fait son Show’ was a high initiative of PaRTAGE, to bring multiple artists to celebrate the Dodo; ZeeArts presented an amalgam piece of the magnificent Dodo untitled: I am special, I am Unique and I am great.

A glamorous piece of ZeeArts was selected by the National Art Gallery- Mauritius to exhibit at ‘Carrefour des Arts’ in Seychelles.

World AIDS DAY Competition

In the context of World AIDS DAY, ZeeArts organized a traditional Arts competition for the high risk adolescent at Plaine Verte Youth Center to sensitize the youth on the epidemic of HIV/AIDS. The theme was ‘AIDS and YOUTH’

Collective Exhibition

ZeeArts organized a collective painting exhibition in the context of the ‘16th International Day against Drug Abuses and Illicit Trafficking' in collaboration with Dr. Idrice Goomany Treatment Center and the Municipality of Port Louis with the prime objective of creating awareness on the drugs related issue at Foyer du Theatre, Port Louis .

ZeeArts with vulnerable children

With a strong conviction as social entrepreneur, ZeeArts empower the downtrodden children through drawing and painting skills. It was a primary prevention program in the high risk region of Mauritius.

Oscar de la Jeunesse 2001

ZeeArts was the recipient of ‘Oscar de la Jeunesse 2001’ in Artistic Pursuit. It is an annual Award organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports to acknowledge the extraordinary youth performing in different discipline like Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Community work, Artistic Pursuit and Sports.

ZeeArts in Madagascar

ZeeArts represented her native Mauritius for CJSOI – in Madagascar where she presented 4 paintings - ‘the rural and urban” for one week. It was organized by ‘Commission Justice Social de L’Ocean Indien’ in collaboration with Ministry of Youth and Sports.

31st Independence Day Competition

ZeeArts won a painting competition organized by Mahatma Ganghi Institute, (MGI) in connection with the 31st Independence Celebrations of Mauritius. The award was held at MGI- Réduit.


October 1999
ZeeArts Won the first prize for her arts project

Following a training on Enntrepreuneurship and Small Enterprise Development, I won the first prize for my business plan write up for my arts project; I exhibited my Arts at Le Caudan. It was an initiative of Mauritius Employment Foundation, MEF.

Cambridge School Cetificate

ZeeArts came first at Cambridge School Certificate, representing her college- ‘Muslim Girls College’ with a distinction. Her very first paintings were exhibited at PSSA- Réduit.
